After 18 months of careful planning, drawings have been submitted to extend and renovate this architect designed 1960's split level bungalow. 

The current layout offers many benefits including garden views from kitchen, dining and living areas and sloping ceilings.

The Brief: ​

  • A view through the house to the garden from the front entrance. 

  • Use available space to each side to retain size of useable garden.

  • Relocate the kitchen to benefit from natural light.

  • A master suite that will enjoy the view of the sunrise.

  • Flexible living area that allows for open & closed spaces. 

  • Improved access to the garden.

  • Greater accessibility and future proof layout e.g. built in shower seat
