With plenty of inspiration at Boscundle Manor you will have the opportunity to explore your own creativity with guidance on how to implement a colourful yet balanced aesthetic.

With a warm welcome at 10am we will familiarise ourselves with the wonderful areas created by owners Louise & Jason before commencing the workshop at 10:15am.

During the workshop you will learn:

• The principles of colour psychology.

• The foundations of combining colours.

• How to draw inspiration from art, fabric, wall paper or your favourite hue.

• A designers approach to creating a material scheme.

You will have chance to create your own mood board using a selection of samples and images provided. If you have a specific piece of art you are inspired by you are welcome to bring it/a photo of it for reference.

We will work up an appetite and enjoy the famous Boscundle Manor made afternoon tea.

This will include savoury treats such as the manor sausage roll, cheese & pear tartine, pea & leek tart, cucumber gazpacho. The sweet treats of all treats; financier, summer pavlova, award winning caramel cake and elderflower posset. Hopefully leaving room also for a scone loaded with jam and clotted cream. Tea or coffee will also be included. If you have any dietary requirements please let me know.
